Cecilie Bahnsen offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn garments in their original condition with all security tags attached. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to guarantee their safe arrival at our Copenhagen studio.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form to ensure efficient processing by our team.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at a designated collection point; once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
